Working in an international environment and/or for an international employer can be challenging, especially from an intercultural perspective.
This includes dealing with business partners and clients, but also the day-to-day work with the assigned supervisors and (international) colleagues.
It may be helpful to be prepared beforehand and to deal with the following key questions:
- What is culture? What is my own cultural character?
- How does culture influence our thinking, behavior and communication?
- What are challenges and opportunities of Intercultural experiences at an international workplace (especially with focus on working in Germany)?
This interactive workshop combines theoretical input with interactive exercises.
