Self-confidence and self-presentation

Online workshop | 23 March 2022 | 9:30 am - 1:50 pm (CET)

Self-presentation is not only a question of what I say, but rather how I say it. Body language and voice is critical when it comes to presenting yourself – whether this is in a job interview, when presenting at uni or in front of your colleagues and superiors or when trying to convince a client.

In this seminar you will develop the basics for your personal presentation style based on the profiling of your individual strengths and with the help of rhetorical models as well as exercises on body language and voice.

The aim is to create a coherent presentation so that the person, voice, attitude and content are presented confidently and convincingly - both offline and online.

Main focus

- Working out individual strengths

- Posture, modulation and articulation

- Exercises on self-perception and perception of others

- Confident and self-assured appearance - How do I represent myself well?

- Developing your own distinctive profile
