People: ways of working (participation, communication)
Starting from the question of what connects us at the UoC, the workshop asks about common principles and goals of working and learning together at the UoC and the governance, (infra-)structures and tools needed to realize these goals and principles. Principles to be discussed (might) include (internal) communication, participation, co-creation, collaboration, transparency and well-being. Based on the core dimensions of a university, different roles at the university (e.g. academics, students, administrators) and their expectations and responsibilities, their understanding of each other, and interaction with each other are reflected. Moreover, these questions address and reflect on the responsibility of the UoC as an employer and training institution. The workshop will address interests of and is open for all groups of our university, i.e. academics, students and administrators.
