Prof. Ayina is an Associate Professor at the University of Douala. She teaches Human Physiology and carries out her research activities within the Laboratory of Biology and Human Physiology in the fields of pathophysiology and physiotherapy of non-communicable diseases and therapeutic education. Within the Laboratory, she coordinates the Unit of Physiology and Medicine of Physical Activity and Sport. Prof. Ayina is a laureate of the DIES ProGRANT training on Proposal Writing for Research Grants, held in Yaoundé, Cameroon in 2015, and since then she has been involved in international projects. She has expertise in writing and producing MOOCs. 
For several years, Prof. Ayina ensured the coordination of professional sectors at the Faculty of Science of the University of Douala, which allowed her to become familiar with the management of young people and their careers.
