Dr Edward Kaweesi is a Ugandan national. He is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at Makerere University, Uganda. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science (magna cum laude) from the University of Erfurt, Germany. He received specialised training in Grant Research Proposal Writing from the University of Cologne-Germany under the DIES ProGrant Programme. His research agenda focuses on critical political Ideas.
