There is no credible leadership for Africa within a purely european framework for young African talent. We want to provide positive role models for the Global South and from the Global South who can serve as a proof of concept for the participants. Our mentors share many of the experiences of the scholarship holders. They have found their way, they know how to navigate both their home countries and the European framework. We are glad that they are willing to share their knowledge in small, confidential groups and to mentor the participants.
