International funding institutions in China

There are different funding opportunities for bilateral academic cooperation:

CDZ (Chinesisch-Deutschen Zentrum für Wissenschaftsförderung), sitting in Beijing, is a Joint-Venture research institution, co-founded by Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) and National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
It offers funding for academic cooperation between Germany and China in the fields of Natural Sciences, Life Science, Management and Engineering. The funding instruments include:
