The courses in the summer semester 2019 will start on the 23rd April 2019.

 

Course 1: Essentials of Mathematics at universities

This course covers topics like analysis, linear algebra and statistics/stochastic which are useful in the first semesters of many study programmes.

Courses take place two times a week.

 

 

Course 2: Essentials of Programming

Programming has become elementary for many study programmes. Therefore this course aims to teach elementary knowledge of programming step by step.

Courses take place two times a week.

 

Organisatorische Informationen

Die Kurse finden parallel zur Vorlesungszeit der Universität zu Köln statt, dh:

• im Wintersemester von Oktober bis Februar
• im Wintersemester von April bis August

Der Unterricht findet zweimal die Woche je 1,5h am Campus der Universität statt. 

Aktuell: Wegen der Corona-Pandemie findet der Kurs im Wintersemster vermutlich vorwiegen online statt. Zudem hat sich der Semsterstart auf Anfang November 2020 verschoben.
