Lately, teacher shortages around the world have called public attention to the matter of teacher well-being. High workloads, a lack of recognition and little professional support contribute to an increasing dissatisfaction among many teachers. Both as a preventative as well as an intervening measure, well-being needs to play a crucial role in teachers’ careers and teacher education. With a Summer School revolving around "Well-Being in the Teaching Profession", we are going to approach this important topic from a broad range of perspectives.
