Topic: Social Inequality Beyond Europe - Education and Social Stratification in India
Course content: At our Cologne Summer School “Education and Social Stratification in India” students would get insights into the Indian educational system and the Indian society. The German and Indian students will be prepared to engage in meaningful discussions of educational and societal issues pertaining to both Germany and India through lectures on the "Indian Educational System," "Internationalization of Higher Education," and "Migratory Issues."
Highlights: Excursion, Cultural Program, City tour, Bollywood dance, Henna session (pictures on the UoC India Office X account), and Hindi language session.
Location: Pune
Cost: - 250 € (including accommodation, full board and transport) *
- Flights and visas are covered by the students themselves
