Main focus
supervising the execution of the programme at the University of Cologne, currently
- keeping close ties with the Faculties, the relevant units of the UoC`s administration and the project sponsor in order to ensure optimum communication and implementation
- co-coordinating the development of the existing Regulations for Quality Assurance in Tenure Track Procedures into all-encompassing Evaluation Regulations
- controlling of the granted external funds
Personal information
After studying at the Faculty for Information Sciene of the Cologne University of Applied Sciences (TH Köln), David Hinzel had a position at the German Rectors Conference for four years. He joined the UoC in 2014, working as a project manager for national funding in Division 7: Reseach Management. Since January 2020, he has been supporting the Vice-Rectorate as coordinator for WISNA in a matrix function with Division 7.
