Woven histories

The project ‘Curating and Weaving Memories: Critical Multimodal Collaborations’ is a cooperation between a research project of the University of Ghent, the Cologne International Forum and the Global South Studies Centre (GSSC) of the University of Cologne. It problematises the marginalisation and exploitation of women weavers in the production and trade of handmade Iranian carpets.
