The Workshop intends to develop the strategic goals and perspectives in the realm of education of the University of Cologne for the next five to ten years. We welcome all members of the University to an open and participative process in which each has the opportunity to contribute their ideas and perspectives. The workshop is embedded in the ongoing arena-processes.

The workshop will address topics such as programme development or future-oriented formats of teaching and (life-long) learning. The central position of education at the University of Cologne is reflected by an understanding of research, education, innovation and transfer as one unit.
