The Vice-Rector for Transfer is responsible for formulating, implementing as well as further developing a university-wide transfer strategy.
The goal is to continue to improve transfer from and into the University of Cologne and to consolidate the development plans.
In doing so, he remains in close contact with the Faculties, central institutions and administration.
