Procurement, Customs and Embargo
As a public institution, the UoC is obliged to carry out orderly procurement procedures to cover its needs. The Procurement Guidelines of the UoC form the basis for this. Imports and exports from and to third countries (non-EU countries) of supplies are subject to customs regulations, and exports are also subject to export controls (embargo check and dual-use relevance). The settlement of travel expenses for business trips and training trips is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the State Travel Expenses Act (Landesreisekostengesetz – LRKG). The UoC provides various handbooks to facilitate and ensure the correct settlement of corresponding costs.
