In addition to the survey formats described above, various exchange formats have been established within Q³UoC and are regularly used in the degree programmes.

Quality Conference (Q-Conference)Per programme, usually every two years.Constructive-critical dialogue to discuss the conditions within the degree programme based on survey results and the quality criteria for teaching and learning.

  • Module coordinators who teach within the programme
  • Students enrolled in the programme
Faculty Quality ConferenceIntegrated into existing formats or as required.Constructive-critical dialogue and consultation on Faculty-wide quality developments.
  • Academic Advisory Board and other committees (as required)
Quality Management Dialogue (QM Dialogue)Per programme, usually every eight years.Constructive dialogue with Critical Friends: Systematic, transparent and data-based evaluation of a degree programme in the form of structured discussions as part of (re)accreditation
