Global and sustainable food security is a topic that must be considered in an interdisciplinary manner. In our workshops the participants should get a feeling for the current challenges and the interdisciplinary nature of the topic. Different solutions will be developed. In addition, an overview of current research results will be given in scientific presentations and discussed together.
