In 2024, postdoctoral researchers in the early postdoc phase will again have the opportunity to acquire the "Qualification for Professional Fields in Business and Society" certificate by participating in selected seminars. With the certificate, postdocs (R2) can make their personal skills portfolio visible and add key skills that are particularly important for the non-university labour market.
