Comments from former participants:
"The EduVenture program was a freshening experience during the pandemic period, a unique chance for me to constantly refill my interest without stress and worry. The teacher was also caring and helpful as he always tried to entertain the students through participation and discussion whenever he could. The workload was relatively light and the readings was engaging and interesting. Overall, the semester has gone so fast that I still linger on the possibility of signing up for another course if I have the chance. " - Eray Unut Demir
"I have participated in the virtual exchange programme in Cologne for two years in different subjects. Cologne attracts me even more because of its openness and its extraordinary dedicated faculty! This program is an excellent opportunity in special times to experience the university culture by being a part of it! " - Rong Chen

I was looking forward to every next meeting, and I enjoyed working with peers from different countries. Summer Semester 2021
Winter Semester 2020/2021
Nicholás (Argentina) is sharing his experience of the winter semester 2020/2021
"I’m Nicolás, I’m studying business administration at the UNSAM and in 2020 I had the opportunity to take the course “Design Thinking” at the University of Cologne, in Germany. In short, it was an interesting experience, not only because of the contents and the format of the course, but also because of my fellow students.
Allow me to give you a bit of context: Me, a student from Argentina, and 20 other students from all over the world, among others, France, Italy, England, United States, Japan, Poland, and China, studying together in English at a German university. Additionally, my study group only consisted of Chinese students. Imagine working in a group while having 11 hours of time difference! Quite a challenge, but nonetheless very exciting.
Now add to that another peculiarity: Design Thinking needs to be taught in a practical way and requires activities and group work. This can only be implemented in the context of digital education through a number of digital tools and a didactic format in which two out of three hours consisted of pure interactive activities.
In a nutshell, it was a challenging and enriching experience. Not only because I met very different people and used tools which I didn’t know before, but also because I was able to develop new relations and evolve professionally. I could delve into areas which I am interested in and put them into practice in the final project. I feel that I learned a lot in the short time the course lasted.
I am very excited about continuing this path of learning in an international context!"
