Deutsch-Japanische Wissenschaftskooperationen am Rhein
Interkulturelle, interdisziplinäre und interuniversitäre Ringvorlesung
Gemeinsame Veranstaltung der Universität Bonn, Universität Köln und des Japanischen Kulturinstituts Köln
im Sommersemester 2021 | Mittwochs, 18.00 – 19.30h, per Zoom
In diesem Jahr werden 160 Jahre deutsch-japanische Beziehungen gefeiert, die 1861 mit dem Freundschafts-, Handels- und Schifffahrtsvertrag zwischen Japan und Preußen ihren Anfang nahmen. Innerhalb des engen Geflechts bilateraler Beziehungen erwies sich stets der wissenschaftliche Austausch beider Länder als besonders fruchtbar und nachhaltig. Eine Vielzahl von Universitätspartnerschaften ermöglicht heutzutage Studien- und Forschungsaufenthalte im jeweils anderen Land. Fakultätsübergreifend werden in vielen Fachbereichen gemeinsame Projekte und Grundlagenforschung betrieben.
